Maintenance System :  
     

It includes five (5) types of work orders: work order against Tenant Request, work order for Renovation / Refurbishment, work order against Internal request, Preventive Maintenance work order and Project work order. It has excellent feature for scheduling of preventive maintenance and it generates work order automatically as per these scheduling. All types of maintenance jobs can be scheduled by the work order system and it also produce the report on each job cost or total cost of all jobs by department or by different types of job-classifications. You could monitor the status of each job by this system. The job cost can also be easily calculated with order system. Their status could be also be monitored. Any types of maintenance activity can easily be coded in this system. The work order is linked with the material system.

Provides the complete Inventory Management. Material is issued against work order. All inventory transaction which increases or decreases the value of inventory is passed to General Ledger via GL-Inventory-interface in accordance with GAAP principle. Inventory module is capable to post the cost of Material Issue Voucher to any GL Account as per budget as well as work order. It has link with the Supplier database.
